Buy any cake with a cup of tea or coffee, the sign said. That is, until you come to pay and oops, it excludes the scone the waitress said. I wasn't impressed so they agreed to let me have the same deal. I was far less impressed by the very dirty ladies' toilet, hadn't been cleaned for some time judging by the filthy wc bowl and bits of toilet paper all over the floor. No thanks Cafe regent.
